Lindsey Mohandeson - Office Manager in Lynnwood, Washington

Lindsey Mohandeson, MSPT

Lindsey is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. She has done specialty training in pelvic health and especially enjoys working with that clientele along with orthopedic and pregnant/postpartum clients. Her patients appreciate her listening skills, as well as her ability to teach them about their bodies, so that they feel empowered to help themselves during and after the rehabilitation process.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University.

Lindsey lives in Edmonds with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 cats.
Samuel Carr - Physical Therapist  in Lynnwood, Washington

Samuel Carr, MSPT

Sam is a dedicated physical therapist with a Master's degree from Ithaca College. He specializes in vestibular therapy, orthopedic care, and spine rehabilitation. Outside of work, Sam enjoys mountain biking and carpentry.

Joshua Sagraves - Physical Therapist in Lynnwood, Washington

Joshua Sagraves, DPT

My name is Joshua Sagraves and I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wingate University in Wingate, NC in 2020. Shortly after graduating, I moved across country to Seattle, WA and began practicing as a PT. I’ve had experience working with various patient populations including athletes, pediatric, geriatric, and individuals with vestibular and neurologic disorders. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities including traveling, hiking, volleyball, spikeball and paddle boarding.

Ann Zylstra - Physical Therapist in Lynnwood, Washington

Ann Zylstra, PT

Ann is a skilled physical therapist who graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. She specializes in Parkinson's Disease, neurological disorders, vestibular dysfunction, and cervicogenic conditions. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and swimming.

Cynthia George - Physical Therapist in Lynnwood, Washington

Cynthia George, PT

Cindy graduated from the University of Puget Sound. She is certified in neurodevelopmental treatments and trained in lymphedema treatments. Cindy is one of the founders of Alderwood Physical Therapy. ***CINDY IS NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS***

Kelly Ibe, PTA in Lynnwood, Washington

Kelly Ibe, PTA

Kelly received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2000, and her Associate as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Pima Medical Institute in 2014. She has worked in a variety of settings from skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, and pediatrics. Kelly has completed continuing education to further her focus on therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and Kinesio taping for patient rehabilitation. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys skiing, cycling, cooking, and collecting wine.

Erin Faulconer, PTA

Erin earned her degree from Whatcom Community College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2014. She is experienced in working with the geriatric population as well as in cardio rehab, stroke rehab, Parkinson’s Disease. She has received her certification in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) as well as that of a Kinesiology Taping Practitioner. Erin’s goal in working with patients is to aide in body awareness, body mechanics and decreasing discomfort. “I want people to enjoy their lives and to be able to move freely and independently.” 


In her free time, Erin enjoys being around dogs whenever possible, having owned a Pet Sitting Business. She also enjoys listening to music, baking, cooking, reading and being with family and friends.   


Lorina Wilson, Administrative Assistant in Lynnwood, Washington

Lorina Wilson, PTA

Lorina earned her PTA degree from Pima Medical Institute in 2014. Her career has included pulmonary rehabilitation, teaching safe exercise practices, geriatric rehabilitation, post-surgical care, and orthopedic physical therapy. Lorina lives in North Seattle with her husband and two daughters. Her personal interests include hiking, park dates with her daughters, and baking.

Jan Thompson - Office Manager in Lynnwood, Washington

Jan Hardin, Office Manager

Jan is our office manager. She handles accounting including claims and patient billing. Jan earned her Associate Degree in Business Management from Brown Institute in 1992. She has been with our company since 2009. Jan enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kayla Eastman, Administrative Assistant in Lynnwood, Washington

Kayla, Administrative Assistant

Kayla joined our team in September of 2017. She has become an integral component of our company, assuring that all operations run smoothly. Kayla is our receptionist and administrative assistant. She is in charge of medical records, as well as a myriad of other responsibilities. Kayla received her Associate Degree in Administrative Management in 2017. Her interests include cars, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and spending time with her boyfriend and black cats Lily and Binx.
